Manufacturing

We are a one-stop shop with services that include 3D modelling, production, assembly, packing, and dispatch of the finished product. Trafalgar Sydney offers a full range of services or individual components to suit your prototype or large production run. Our vast range of Access Panels is manufactured right here in Sydney which allows for quick and easy production of your customised panel be it metal, acoustic or fire-rated. We also manufacture Passive Fire Systems  and Saftety Storage Equipment  in the same facility, providing Australian Made quality products while streamlinig logistics and your experience with us. 

Sydney Head Office facilities also include a woodshop offering services such as; pressing, cutting, laminating, glueing, routing, and construction.
